Payments and Refunds

How paid plans work: one payment, nothing renews, and unused days come back.

What you are buying

You are buying advertising. VettedVault is a classified advertising platform: an advertiser writes her own advertisement, and we verify that she is a real, consenting adult. We never arrange or confirm bookings, never handle payment for any service, never set or recommend prices, and never take a share of what an advertiser earns. What happens after someone answers an advertisement is between those two people.

A paid plan adds Plus or Pro features to one listing for 7 or 30 days. It does not buy verification, which is free on every plan, and it does not decide whether your listing is published, only verification and review decide that.

One payment, nothing renews

You pay once, in Australian dollars or pounds sterling, at the price shown before you pay. Prices include any tax that applies, and nothing is added at checkout. The price depends on your city's price tier and is listed in full on the pricing page. Nothing renews automatically and we keep no card on file: card details go into our payment provider's secure page and never reach our servers.

When a plan starts and ends

A plan starts when the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. More days of the same plan are added after the days you already have. When a plan ends you move to the free Verified tier and your listing stays published.

We email you three days before a plan ends. Nothing is charged unless you choose to buy again.

Refunds

You can end a paid plan early from the Billing page in your account. The unused part is refunded to the card you paid with, worked out to the second: if half of a 30-day plan is left, half of its price comes back. Days you bought that have not started are refunded in full. The amount is shown before you confirm, and your bank decides how long it takes to appear.

If we remove or ban a listing for breaking our terms, the unused part of any paid plan is refunded the same way.

Failed payments and disputes

A failed payment charges nothing and changes nothing. If you dispute a charge with your bank, the plan it paid for ends while the dispute is open, and your listing stays live on the free tier. Please contact us first: a refund is faster than a dispute, for both of us.

Price changes

Any price increase is announced at least 60 days in advance. A plan you have already paid for keeps the price you paid.
