Writing your ad
Your listing is the page a client reads before deciding to contact you. This is what passes review, and what a moderator is actually looking at.
The tagline is your voice, not your address
The line under your name on every card is the first thing anyone reads. Say something true about how you work, in your own words. Your suburb, your rates and your availability already have their own places on the card, so repeating them here spends the one line that is yours on things the card already says.
A bio that passes
The minimum is a few honest paragraphs: who you are, how you like to work, how you screen, and how to reach you. Write it the way you would say it. Lists of services belong in the services section, not the bio, and anything copied from another profile is sent back.
Photos that pass
Recent, of you, and yours. A person compares your photos to your ID at verification and reviews every photo you add afterwards. Photos carrying another photographer's watermark, contact details written on them, or taken from anywhere else are refused. We add our own watermark and strip location data from every image before it is shown.
Rates and services
Rates are yours to set and are shown as you enter them. Services are chosen from the platform's list, and free text is not accepted anywhere: the list is what keeps every listing readable, and moderated the same way as every other.
What the moderator checks, and what she does not
She checks that the photos are you, that the words break no rule, and that nothing identifies another person. She does not judge your prices, your writing, or what you offer. When something is sent back, the note says exactly what to change, and your live listing stays up while you fix it.
Still stuck
Ask a person
The contact form goes to the same people who moderate the platform, not a ticket robot. If it is urgent and about someone's safety, use the report page instead; that path is faster on purpose.
